My name is Rachael and I am the founder of Rachael Welch Aesthetics in Whickham, Newcastle Upon Tyne. As an Advanced Aesthetics Practitioner with over four years of specialised experience, I established my clinic to address a vital gap in the industry: high-quality, dedicated care for the 40+ demographic. ​My approach is deeply rooted in my 14-year career within the NHS, where I progressed from administrative roles to clinical patient care on surgical wards and, ultimately, conducting clinical trials. This extensive medical background informs my commitment to clinical excellence, safety, and evidence-based results.
